Waterslide Birthday Parties
Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre, home of Big Blue, is the only place in Mississauga where the birthday boy or girl can blow birthday candles, eat cake, and slide down 165 feet of wet, twisting fun. Call our Catering Department at 905-542-6713, choose your menu and let us take care of the details. It's that easy.
General
- Minimum height restriction of 48” or 4 feet, or 1.22 metres
- Splash pool depth is 3 feet 3 ½ inches or 1.05 metres
- Big Blue’s length is 165 feet long and three-stories high
- Two lifeguards are in attendance at all times.
- Big Blue waterslide is open to the general public! We welcome families to ride Big Blue. Day Passes and wristbands are available at the Front Desk for $15 per person or $40 per family of four. Club Meadowvale members can obtain wristbands from the Club Meadowvale reception.
- Hotel guests may bring a maximum of two guests utilizing the waterslide at no charge.
- Flume is an open channel, and not enclosed
- Left your bathing suit at home? No problem. A limited supply of ladies’ and men’s suits is available for purchase at our Gift Shop located on the main level.
Waterslide Rules and Regulations
- Wristband policy is in effect. All guests and members to proceed to Club Meadowvale reception to obtain their wristband
- Obey all orders given by the attendant and operator
- Maximum operational load: 1 person, 300 lbs (136 kg)
- Children under 48 inches (1.22m) tall are not permitted on this ride.
- Riders must wait for the attendant’s start signal before starting the ride
- Eyeglasses must be securely affixed to riders with head straps
- Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation are not permitted
- No person shall bring food, glass, bottles, cigarettes or alcoholic beverages into the waterslide area
- Caution: for safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride this slide
